In the latter part of that same year, Bobby Rogers became a member of their group. After that, Bobby’s cousin Claudette joined the band, and the following year, in 1958, guitarist Marv Tarplin joined the lineup as well.

The band began giving performances at a variety of places in Detroit, which contributed to the growth of their fame.
