Val Bertinelli, an actress and author, and Tom Vitale, a businessman, were married for over ten years before they divorced.
The two met not long after Bertinelli’s divorce from her first husband. The late rock singer Eddie Van Halen, with whom she shares the son Wolfgang Van Halen.
After dating for six years, Bertinelli and Vitale got engaged in 2010. “I could have spent the rest of my life with Tom and not be married, but I wanted to call him’my husband,'” the Hot in Cleveland star revealed to PEOPLE. “I wanted to tell those closest to me how I felt about Tom,” she said.
Finally, on New Year’s Day of 2011, the pair tied the wedding in their Malibu, California, home.
Bertinelli and Vitale were married for ten years, during which time they had many happy times together. In addition to starting the successful internet company Veebow. Who Are Tom Vitale and Valerie Bertinelli?
Tom Vitale is a TV producer, internet celebrity, and businessman who was born in the United States. Bertinelli and Vitale are well-known for co-founding the successful online retailer Veebo with Ed Loew in 2011.
However, the company apparently shut down in 2018. Tom has also worked on many movies as a producer or co-producer. Tom Vitale proposed to the actress in March of 2010 while vacationing in Italy. And the happy couple tied the knot at their Malibu home on January 1, 2011.
In the United States, actress Valerie Anne Bertinelli has been entertaining audiences since her birth on April 23, 1960. Her work on television has earned her acclaim and several accolades. Including two Emmys, two Golden Globes, and a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.

Divorce Of Valerie And Tom
Bertinelli divorced Vitale after ten years of marriage, alleging “irreconcilable issues.” The couple’s commitment to their prenuptial agreement was also emphasised in the legal papers.
Bertinelli wrote a book called “Enough Already: Learning to Love the Way I Am Today” in which she discussed her internal battles with self-acceptance and -love. The actress said of her role, “I cover a lot,” to PEOPLE before the film’s premiere.
As the author puts it, “But ultimately it’s about growing older, with the emphasis on growth, learning lessons, and reminding myself — and perhaps those who read the book — that life is a gift and too short to waste.”
Bertinelli requested a divorce from her husband six months after she initially filed for a legal separation. Bertinelli claimed that her feelings for Van Halen did not play a role in the demise of her marriage.

Then, Vitale asked the court for spousal support of $50,000 per month in addition to roughly $200,000 to cover legal bills.

She then added with a smile: “My (expletive) divorce was finalised on 11/22/22. I am now a contented divorcee. Well, my God, it’s here at last! In other words, that experience is already behind us.”

Bertinelli said that her marriage began having problems five years ago. Making it clear that Ed had nothing to do with the decision to divorce them.
